I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the hotel. It was fairly easy to find, the staff was very good and the room was clean and large. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed the interaction with the staff who were very helpful. I think the mattreses should be changed soon as the springs were very noticeable. Otherwise, we enjoyed are stay and would more than likely stay again.

The location of the hotel is fantastic (2min walk from the Rialto, 10min walk from San Marco piaza).
The employees are very kind and helpfull (they speak at least, on top of italian : german, french and english).
The only (tiny) drawback is that the temperature on the 4rth floor was a bit high when we came back to the hotel at the end of the day (opening the windows was enough to cool the room down though).
Globally, excellent stay, would absolutely go there again.
