Il est anormal dans une chambre luxe d'un 5 étoiles de devoir supporter, 5 nuits de suite, une température de 27°C la nuit en avril avec comme seul conseil d'ouvrir la fenêtre (ce qui permet d'obtenir 26°C!) sans que la direction n'ait la courtoisie de nous offrir au moins une bouteille d'eau pour la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très décevant (confitures et beurre quelconques, sachets de thé très ordinaires, fruits pas mûrs..) et correspond à ce que l'on trouve dans un 2 étoiles. Le personnel servant le petit déjeuner était très courtois, très agréable, mais celui de la réception peu attentionné dans l'ensemble.
Malgré tout je conseillerais cet hôtel, en précisant ces réserves, car c'est un bel hôtel bien situé.
