Venice has two international airports: Marco Polo Venice and San Giuseppe Venice Treviso airports.
Venice provides connections with many other important Italian cities. The A4 motorway (Milan-Venice) is an arterial road to reach the North East of France, the A27 (direction Belluno) provides a link with the North of Italy and the A13 is a main junction to reach central and southern Italy. Venice offers numerous car parks where you can leave your car even for long periods, at a reasonable charge.
You can easily reach Venice by train from many European and Italian cities. Venice has two railway stations: Santa Lucia, right in the city centre, and Mestre, 5 minutes from the historical centre.
