A very pleasant experience, staff helpful and professional, both room and common areas were perfectly cleaned . The room was just a bit small, but adequate for a few days stay. Breakfast basic but sufficient . Great location, Venice was very easy to reach ( bus stop at 100mt). The only flaw was the lack of garage, an easy way out can be a discounted garage, cheap but unfortunately far.
Our final evaluation (considering also the very cheap price) : definitely recommended.

We had a standard family room with its own entrance on to the street, separate from the main hotel entrance. It was large and very clean; the beds were very comfortable; and there was plenty of hot water and a thermostat to adjust the heating. The hotel location is excellent - and despite comments on various websites, not difficult to find if you take the time to look up directions before you go. We had a great stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

There was quite a lot of noise from boats on the Grand Canal with the window open, so closing the window and turning off the heating made this acceptable.
But we really enjoyed our stay at the Manin. Many thanks!

I have been staying in Venice quite a lot over the past couple of years. I experienced a variety of hotels and I can highly recommend this one. It meets every possible need. And very importantly, it feels comfortable in every way. The location is also a real plus.

Easy to find, great location, perfect base to explore Venice. Staff were extremely helpful - this was my first trip abroad without my parents and the staff certainly looked after me very well. The furnishings were traditional Venetian and I made good use of the safe in the room. I have not stayed in any other Venetian hotels but this one was so good I would use it again on my next trip to Venice.
PS. I heartily recommend a trip to the Guggenheim museum! Also, don't believe what everyone says about Venice being expensive. Pizza and Coke 9.50 - not bad!

If you want to stay in a traditional, welcoming, quality, family Venetian hotel this is the one. It's set in a neighbourhood area rather than being overly touristic, you can feel more like a local with local rather than tourist prices. At the same time its only a 15 minute stroll to Rialto. The hotel is small (8 beds) and the rooms are fabulous (its worth paying a little extra for a lagoon view) and there is a 24 hr vaporetto stop immediately next to it (and great to just watch) which also connects to Marco Polo a 30 min ride via Murano. If you want to enjoy a great stay in Venice this hotel gives you a fabulous base to enjoy yourself!

Well run hotel with nothing too much trouble for the staff. Quiet location but near enough to walk to all the major attractions in Venice. Real value was the free boat trip to Murano Island - an excellent add on.

For a hotel with 2 stars, it s very nice and the situation geographic great everythings was great and people make all the gest very welcome so thx you again for that. if i ll come back i am definitely come back in this hotel see you soon i hope.
