Not very easy to reach location, above all during the evening, but very central and comfortable. For us the hotel was just a bit noisy during the night. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful. Traditional, clean, comfy and very helpful staff. Great location!! We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other visiting Venice.

The only thing I would comment, was the very poor continental breakfast included in the price. It didn't represent the quality and status of the hotel. Other than that, service was splendid, staff very helpful and location convenient.

When we got out of the lift on our floor and looked up to the left there was an array of beds and mattresses stored, not very welcoming. Were generally disappointed with the location, although the rooms were ok the overall presentation of the property could do with a major overhaul.

First of all, four stars is generous, if not fanciful for this hotel. I would call it a two star hotel. Virtually no services, other than a bellhop and a nice restaurant. This is a decent, clean, inexpensive hotel, with small rooms and the same ordinary breakfast every day. It's greatest asset is that it is in the middle of everything, a few blocks from Piazza San Marco and the vaporetto stop, easy walking distance to all the major sites in Venice.

We have been to this quaint little hotel several times over the past 6 years, this was the first time under the new owners. We like it's proximity to Rialto bridge, making it easy to get around, either on foot, or by vaporetto. The new staff are pleasant and helpful, and the ones we already knew are 'old friends'. They will gladly tell you how to find places off the 'tourist track', if that is your wish.
Coffee-making facilities within the room are not provided, but would make sense - especially over the winter months, as you can get pretty cold outside all day - and it would be lovely to be able to make a hot drink in the room on returning.

Breakfast time from 7:30 to 10:30 is not adapted to us : either we woke up earlier due to travel constraints or very late due to New year night. So impossible to enjoy a breakfast as the service room was not operating out of the schedule time. Besides this main default, the hotel is very pleasant.

The hotel is not so big but very comfortable. The employees are very good in spoken english (and French as well) and always give the needed information to the tourists. The hotel is located in Mestre -> 20 min with bus to Venice. The bus stops right in front the hotel and pass every 20 minutes. I'm glad to have chosen this hotel for my journey in Venice.

Great location, easy to reach hotel. At the moment of your check-in ask for a room located at the upper floors. Very friendly and professional staff, rich and complete breakfast is served. The only snag we had was that, even our room heating was turn up at the maximum temperature, the room was not so warm. We definitely recommend this hotel.
