The property and services offered were much better in reality than they appeared on the website.
We took the two-hour fast train from Florence to Venice, but due to problems, the train took six hours to get to Venice. It was cold and pouring rain when we arrived for our first view of Venice. We were very discouraged. But then we arrived at your hotel. All the staff we encountered were wonderful, friendly, caring and courteous. Together with your accommodations, they turned our Venice visit into one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Please thank your staff on our behalf.

Thought the dinner in the main restaurant was overpriced. Would not recommend it to anyone at the prices they charge. Food was good but not that good.
